Alannah Campbell is from Dublin, where she completed her BA in History and Classics in 2019 at UCD. In late 2020 she completed her MA in Classics in the same university where she tutored undergrads in the Augustan Age and the Iliad, Odyssey, and Aeneid. Her postgraduate thesis examined the relationship between Augustus and urban plebeians. Her interests range from ancient Greek and Roman literature and history to a passion for Irish history ancient and modern, and folklore.
She is currently honing her craft writing fiction novels alongside creating an antiquity blog with her fellow students. Recently she has researched and completed a piece on ancient hemp use and cultivation in the West.
