Star Wars

Star Wars is a 1977 space-opera movie written and directed by George Lucas. When the movie became a hit, it was subtitled Episode IV – A New Hope and spawned a number of sequels, prequels, and (animated) television shows, as well as novels and other tie-in books and merchandise.
